Products and Returns.


Products and Returns

No product, parts or accessories can be returned without a return RMA. All returns without a RMA number will be refused and returned to shipper at your expense. To get a return RMA, email us at sales_dept@blackwidowaccessories.com with your order number. Returns must be in original packages and in as new condition. No returns after 30 days of date of invoice. Black Widow will not refund or pay for return freight unless there was a miss-shipment caused by us. All refunds will be paid minus shipping and 25% restocking fee. No refunds on electrical accessories. It is the buyer’s responsibility on fitment of any accessories purchased. All product warranties are covered by the manufacturers and not us. But we will help in getting this taken care of by emailing or calling. Orders can't not be canceled after they are processed without incurring a 15% restocking fee. If order is returned, it must be returned in as new condition wrapped in original package unopened. We would suggest returned package have to be signed for and be insured.

The Cam Am Spyder is new to the market along with all the many accessories. Shipping of product can take as long as 4 weeks for delivery. All orders cannot be canceled or returned using a timely manner as an excuse. Please make sure accessories will fit your model of Spyder. If you do not know for sure, please email us and we will let you know the fitments.

Installing accessories must be done by a qualified installer and tested before installed. The Black Widow will not pay for nor is responsible for any charges for reinstalled failed parts or returns.
