Online Ordering Instructions.
To place an order:
1-Decide what you want and go to
the check out.
2-Inter all the information ask, including your phone
number, also please make sure you add your complete address. Witch
includes apt number, lot number and trailer number if it applies.
3-Deside weather you want shipping insurance.
4-Deside how you would like accessories shipped.
5-If you have any request like
needing accessories really fast add this to shipping notes.
6-Pay
for order. Please make sure you enter credit card numbers
correctly. If there is a mistake it will take a longer for order to
ship. Plus cost us a little over 1% to manually enter new card
information.
All orders must be verified and
confirmed We use PayPal as our credit card processor. We do this to
protect our customers and us. With the bad economy fraud has
increased. We do not have access or store anyone's credit card
information. We are PCI Compliant. Just because you entered your card
information does not mean your card was charge on our side of things.
Orders are charge upon processing and or at time of shipping.
As stated above fraud has
increased. Just so everyone knows our database tracks order location
and compares your IP address to your credit can billing address and
shipping address. We have had people using others credit cards with
out the card owners permission. When this happens we do report this
and will do a auto return of product.
If any item order is on back
order for any reason a email will be sent.
After 30 days the
backordered item will be cancelled automatically.
If you are ordering from
Australia, Canada,
Alaska or Hawaii a email invoice will be sent through our PayPal
account for shipping cost . This might take 24 to 48 hours depending
what time of the week order was placed. After shipping charges are
paid order will be shipped. Please check your spam files if you do not
receive the email in a this time frame.
